  • Researching and analyzing the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns while providing regular project updates.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and company policies, delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Recruit, manage, train and develop Front Office team
  • Oversee Front Office operations
