Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of product offerings, bid processes, and order management using NetSuite.
  • Attend client meetings to assess needs, scope, and budgets.
  • Provide accurate, timely quotes and coordinate with the sales team on delivery schedules.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery by working with logistics teams.
  • Handle the entire process from client approval to purchasing, shipping, and delivery.
  • Create estimates and invoices in NetSuite as needed.
  • Resolve challenges by working closely with sales and logistics teams.
  • Continuously prospect to grow the supplier and customer base.
  • Maintain pre-approved profit margins and follow internal processes.
  • Act swiftly in addressing red-flag situations and communicate with the executive team.

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in sales or account management, ideally within the building supplies or related industry.
  • Proficiency in using NetSuite or similar CRM/ERP systems for order management, invoicing, and client communication.
  • Tenure with creating quotes, managing pricing, and negotiating with vendors while adhering to margin guidelines.

Pay: $95,000-$110,000 salary a year.

Shift: 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns while providing regular project updates.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and company policies, delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues or delays that may impact project timelines or costs.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of prior experience in commercial construction, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in project management software.
  • Certifications: Must have a Commercial Construction License.

Pay: $18 per hour

Shift: 1st shift. 7am-4pm

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Moving goods around the warehouses
  • Loading and unloading deliveries from trucks
  • Stack boxes for storage throughout a warehouse
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently



Location: Summerville, Ladson, N Charleston, and Daniel Island.

Pay: $15-$18 per hour

Shift: 1st shift.

Duties include but are not limited to picking and packing, loading/unloading, banding and wrapping pallets, warehouse organization, and relabeling.

Responsibilities:

  • Process, package, and ship orders accurately
  • Organize stocks and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize warehouse space
  • Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Check, verify, and fill customer invoices
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
  • Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized daily

Location: West Ashley, SC

Pay: $20-21 per hour

Shift: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Answer inbound calls, direct inquiries, and provide clear communication to customers.
  • Schedule Coordination: Schedule residential maintenance and support commercial maintenance agreements.
  • Service Support: Assist with urgent service requests and back up dispatchers as needed.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure customer info is up-to-date and service tickets are properly managed in Service Titan.
  • Customer Updates: Inform customers of technician arrival times and delays.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct “Happiness Calls” to ensure customer satisfaction after service visits.

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday. 7am-3:30pm.
