First Day of Work/Currently Working


Q: What do I wear?

A: Closed-toe shoes, jeans (no rips or holes), t-shirt. We’ll inform if dress code differs.


Q: Who do I contact if I am not able to go to work today?

A: Before your shift starts, call our office at 843-554-4720 or email us at staffing@hammeshr.com. We’ll get in contact with your supervisor.


Q: Where do I get the direction for my new assignment?

A: Please stop by the office an hour before your shift starts. We’ll be able to set every up for you to start.


Pay Day


Q: When is pay day?

A: Pay day is Wednesday. Unless you set up direct deposit, it will be postdated Thursday.


Q: How do I set up direct deposit?

A: We have a form at the office to fill out with your bank routing and account number.


Q: I have direct deposit how do I see my pay stubs?

A: We have all pay stubs here on Wednesday unless you ask for it to be emailed. Please check your spam folder because our emails go there at times.


Miscellaneous


Q: Do you offer health insurance/how do I cancel my health insurance?A: We have all the paperwork to sign up or cancel health insurance at the office.


Q: I need to change my tax information. What do I do?

A: We have all tax documents to make the proper changes at the office.
