Warehouse Team Lead

Pay: $19 per hour

Shift: 2nd

HIS IS A 2ND SHIFT POSITION WITH A TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF 2PM-11PM. CANDIDATES ALSO MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AS SITE LOCATIONS MAY VARY

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the inspection process for assigned products and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Foster a safe, organized, and productive work environment, practicing good housekeeping across the facility.
Ensure team members follow all safety policies and report any incidents immediately.
Prepare for each shift by coordinating table requirements, paperwork, and ensuring tools/materials are available.
Provide on-the-job training for new tasks and procedures, and guide team members in achieving job goals.
Hold accountability for the performance and productivity of team members.
Communicate any policy violations or performance concerns to Supervisors or Managers.
Support and comply with all company health and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to stand for long periods and work with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills with the ability to instruct and guide others clearly.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Reliable, organized, and capable of following through with tasks.
