Location: N Charleston
Pay: $95,000-$110,000 salary a year.
Shift: 1st shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns while providing regular project updates.
- Quality Control: Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and company policies, delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues or delays that may impact project timelines or costs.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of prior experience in commercial construction, demonstrating a solid track record of successful project management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in project management software.
- Certifications: Must have a Commercial Construction License.
